11.01.2022 Did you know that: Reading reduces stress by 68%? It works faster than listening to music, going for a walk or enjoying a cup of tea. Reading will advance your childs learning? A bedtime story six days a week can put kids almost a year ahead when they start school.... Reading is good for your brain? It helps keep it active as you get older. Reading leads to self awareness? It is closely linked to increasing our understanding of our own identity. Reading fiction increases empathy? It helps us better understand and connect with people in the real world. Reading enables us to form our own opinions? It opens our minds to think and feel in different ways, rather than following the crowd.
