15.01.2022 Thank you everyone, we’ve reached 150 likes! That’s amazing and much appreciated. Please share the page as widely as possible with your Facebook community. I very much enjoy visiting the Save A Cow Foundation page and reading of Anthony Walsgott’s amazing adventures with his beloved cows. And yet at the same time, the heroism, the love and the affection that he has for his animals can hardly be expressed or shared more broadly without the support of YOU - his donors. There a...re many obstacles and difficulties in running a sanctuary and I have been witness firsthand or secondhand to so many of these that Anthony has overcome. I pay tribute to his expertise and courage in managing and caring for so many cows to the best of his ability. Late last year as summer was almost upon us, Anthony rescued Tess, who is known by many of us, from a lagoon where she was stuck firmly in the mud. It was a very difficult and ardous job, says Anthony, wading into the water and mud and slowly slipping the harness cords under Tess’s body in the best places to get enough grip on her and yet be careful that I am not going to injure her when I pull her out The reading of this wrestling adventure is not dissimilar to that of a great war diary or story. Managing to free Tess appeared to be a miracle from God! and we were all so thankful to have her back among her friends. At Save A Cow Foundation Auction, it’s heartening that those who have read some of these stories come back to us and support Anthony through donating items, bidding for those put up for auction, or donating directly to the gofundme page (https://www.gofundme.com/f/drought-appeal-save-a-cow-sanctu). We have had a small number of new generous donors but we need many more. I personally approached the Salvos to ask them for any overflow donations that they would be happy to part with, and although they boastfully advertise their support for the Australian bushfire rescue efforts, they refused to offer any assistance to Save A Cow Foundation. That’s why we need individuals to be more generous to us and help keep the auction page ALIVE! I hope you will help us to help the cows during this time of urgent need. Thanks a million! Here’s to 150 more likes for Save A Cow Foundation Auction!

15.01.2022 Anthony, the founder of Save a Cow foundation was involved in a very terrible car crash yesterday. He is now in induced coma. Please keep your prayers for Antony! Please kindly help to donate to the farm as they would need great help taking care of the 80 rescued cows and bulls. Go fund me link: https://gf.me/u/x436at... 11.01.2022 A big thankyou to the first 100 of you who liked (I was going to say "licked"!! ) our Save A Cow Foundation Auction page! We have reached a decent number of people at this stage but we are still very small. We are really aiming to get our first 2000 followers to have any chance of making this page a success. For the group to be a success, we really do need both donations and your participation in bidding for items that you would like. Please think laterally as well. If you w...ould like to help us, you are encouraged to get in touch with your local charities and opshops and ask them for anything they would like to give away - there must be plenty such things, especially during the early part of the year! If you live in Brisbane, especially, this is a great opportunity for you to help us out as we can pickup the items and give you a handshake of appreciation back! Also, please let us know what things you are most interested in bidding for. What things most appeal to you, and what things would you choose to give as gifts to loved ones, friends, anyone who has been missing out from the festivities at Christmas? e.g. I am sure everyone could do with a bamboo toothbrush or two or three!! :) Let us know what you’d most like to see put up on our auction page! PLEASE GET INVOLVED. It’s the only chance we have to make our page a success. Thank you.

08.01.2022 Reject the current insanely cruel and unjust Australian way of life which is based on the mass murder and bbq'ing of sheep, lambs, cows, calves and other peaceful beautiful beings this Australia Day holiday (Monday) and instead eat vegan food somewhere and then bring your family and friends, come to this peaceful Open Day to see how Australians should live - providing sanctuary to our fellow vegan animals. $30 donation for adults $15 donation for U16's. All donations appreciated on behalf of all of the SACF cow residents. Please bring cash on the day as no Eftpos available. Location : 834 Maleny Stanley River Rd, Booroobin QLD 4552, Australia Time: Australia Day 27 January, 3:30-5:00 pm

04.01.2022 One tradition of Chinese New Year is for people to give red packets. The symbolic meaning of the red packet is to exchange good luck and blessings with everyone for the lunar new year. And now, to celebrate, one of our generous supporters is pledging a dollar-for-dollar match to celebrate the start of Chinese New Year of the Rat! Every dollar donated to Save A Cow Foundation in the next 48 hours will be matched up to $200. This means that for every $1 donated, Save A Cow F...oundation will receive $2, or double the donation! This is the NOW and a great opportunity for YOU to double your impact for the sake of our wonderful cows. We love you for supporting the cow residents and Anthony, despite his antics and online SHOUTING! , is expressing his happiness and gratitude to all of you for your generosity to the cause. We are diverse in our styles of expressing our love for this planet, but united in the cause of veganism and respect for all sentient life. We are grateful to you for everything and for being vegan in solidarity with us for a more peaceful and environmentally sustainable world. You can donate at our GoFundMe page: https://www.gofundme.com/f/drought-appeal-save-a-cow-sanctu Wishing you good luck, great health and prosperity for the Chinese New Year 2020
