01.01.2022 The World Scout Jamboree 2023 Australian Contingent - Contingent Management Team (CMT) are looking to form a ‘Dream Patrol’, a small team of youth members to help guide the experience from a Youth point of view of the Australian Contingent to the World Jamboree in 2023. The theme of WSJ2023 is to ‘Draw your Dream’ and we believe this is a great theme to allow us to have a small team to assist us who aren’t part of the CMT, but want to make this an extraordinary event. We kind...ly request that you nominate TWO youth members (14-18) from your branch to fulfil the following responsibilities in our Dream Patrol. The two youth members ideally should have been to a major event before and want to help us shape the Youth Member experience for the next World Jamboree. Key Responsibilities: * Attending Monthly meetings as required or set up by the Assistant Contingent Leaders. * Assist the WSJ2023 Australian CMT to develop ideas for pre and post-tour options for the participants coming to the Jamboree. * Work with the WSJ2023 Australian CMT in order to create the best experience for the attendees of the phenomenal event. The selected participants will NOT be required to attend the event (however we would strongly encourage them to come along), only merely act as a team to help design the best event that we can produce. Please contact Nicola Capon (Branch Commissioner, International) [email protected] by 27 January if you are interested or want to know more.
