05.01.2022 This is Louie. Louie came into the RSPCA as a 3 week old kitten without his mother, along with 2 other siblings. Louie and his siblings required 2/3hr feeds and... toileted (stimulating the bits to pee and poo). Is this something the TCC will do? Get up every 3 hours over night to ensure they stay alive? After 10wks in foster care I adopted Louie. What are councils knowledge, resources and availabilities to do this. Will they have a foster and/or adoption program to allow this animals to be given a second chance. Or will they just euthanise a 3 week old kitten because it is too hard for them to put the time, effort and love into raising one?

Though the Council, I.e Jenny Hill, tells me othe...r agencies tendered and won the tender she didn’t say who and it now appears TCC are actually going to do it themselves - but correct me if I am wrong. Yes the RSPCA didn’t submit a tender - the requirements outlined defeated them. See more
