25.01.2022 Working Bee The next working bee will be held on Saturday 3 June 2017 Starting at 10 am to 2 pm. We will be installing a water tank at the top yards, doing repairs to the stock grid near the northern yards, repairing fences near Jenny Brands and Helen Pitts. Oiling the yards, poisoning blackberries.



20.01.2022 The Trustees have applied for two grants, one for 2 water tanks and the other for a fully kitted out fire fighting trailer for pile burns etc. We will keep you informed. thanks Sherri

19.01.2022 This is why we were fighting for Deferment of The Crown Lands Bill back in 2016, when our Common was first threatened. I was only thinking about & revisting this two nights ago. My spidy senses must have been tingling!

02.01.2022 St Albans Common Celebration Dinner The Common Trust has agreed to have a Dinner under the Stars (like the one we had 4 years ago). This one will be to celebrate the winning of the common back. There will be 100 tickets sold to attend the event which will be held in the middle of the common under a marque. The event will be catered details are still being organised and we will keep you informed.
