For the past Mother's Day, we used 415 takeout containers for Mother’s Day lunch and dinner, for food alone plus more small sauces, ice-cream, carry bags etc. We received lots of email feedback from Mother’s Day customers, and the following is one of them.... Comments Michael, You and your team produced a fantastic Mother's Day lunch, in extraordinary conditions that must have been very stressful and difficult for the chefs. We were particularly impressed with the Seafood Pie presented in its perfect dish, complete with a "some assembly required" puff pastry pie top. Clearly, lots of planning and creativity must have gone into us being able to enjoy a fine dining experience in our own home. Every morsel was delicious, well done. Louise
