18.01.2022 Very excited to see these important changes in train for the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust: 1. The SC&SG Trust will become an advisory body; and 2. The SC&SG Trust lands will no longer be exempt from planning and local government laws.... Saving Moore Park Inc thanks Alex Greenwich for his hard work and perseverance with this. We look forward to the bill continuing its successful passage through the NSW Parliament. https://www.alexgreenwich.com/scg_reform Alex Greenwich www.SavingMoorePark.com.au facebook.com/SavingMoorePark twitter.com/SavingMoorePark instagram.com/SavingMoorePark

16.01.2022 What better way to escape the heat today than go for a swim in (if you're a mother duck or ducklings) or walk around (if you're a human) Kippax Lake at Moore Park

16.01.2022 The word is getting out that cars and parkland are incompatible. Remember: Moore Park does not belong to the SCG Trust or the sporting codes - it belongs to you. If there is something you would like to do to show support for ending event car parking on Moore Park, we have some suggestions:... 1. Register your support with Saving Moore Park: https://www.savingmoorepark.com/register-your-support 2. Write to Minister Stokes c/- Bec Mouy, Senior Policy Adviser in Stokes’ office at [email protected] with a copy to Suellen Fitzgerald [email protected] setting out your concerns about event car parking and how this, and the lack of funding for the Moore Park Master Plan, has contributed to the present dire situation. 3. Write to the Premier, pointing out that event car parking on Moore Park is inconsistent with the Government’s own Parks are for People program and must stop initially on the northern end. (The southern end can come later.) 4. Complete the Open Spaces survey: https://oeh.au1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_41o4L62db3dPzCt https://www.smh.com.au//disgraceful-condition-car-parking-

06.01.2022 Please help us with our six quick question survey Saving Moore Park has a vision for how Moore Park East can be revitalised for the benefit of the community and we’d like your views on it. You can give us your feedback on this by doing a quick survey (link below). It will take you as little as 2-3 minutes a bit longer if you want to provide us with lots of ideas!... Your views count. We will analyse the information everyone provides and give you feedback. Minister Stokes is aware that we are conducting this survey and we will convey the results directly to him as further evidence of the importance of this green space to the community and how it would like to use it in future. We appreciate if you could complete the survey by Wednesday 6, December. Michael Waterhouse President Saving Moore Park inc. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/NPDFV2Z
