14.01.2022 OK HELP NEEDED Yesterday I walked into a bit of a nightmare situation A household in Jimbaran with many unsterilised dogs. ... 3 of the females currently have litters. The family can not afford to feed them all. The mothers are super skinny and the pups are a very unhealthy weight for their age. The family are doing the best they can but the situation is put of control Basically if they all stay there the pups are doing to die one by one. WHAT WE NEED HELP WITH: Sponsors for individual pups - $100 each - we will take as many as we can get sponsors for Help to supply food to the remaining dogs and pups (rice, dry and cans) Sponsors for sterilising - There appears to be around 15 - 20 dogs between 2 family compounds who need sterilising ASAP - $30 per sterilisation - we will sterilise as many as we can get sponsors for Note: We have only supplied enough food for a few days - so we need a solution ASAP If you can help please comment or message me or Cari Dziadowicz

08.01.2022 THE CRAZY DOGGY HOUSE IS MOVING & THE PUPPY HOUSE RENT IS DUE This month some forced changes are taking place and we need your help to make them happen on t...ime! Here is where you can help https://www.mycause.com.au/p/240582/upcoming-changes-at-act Due to the current situation caused by the pandemic, we are forced to make changes in order to survive. Financially we are just not able to continue to the capacity we currently are. So next month we are sad to announce that we will be loosing the current Crazy Doggy House The contract will finish and we won’t have enough money to continue supporting the house for a further year. Also our Puppy House will only be available for rent for a further 6 months from December As many of you know, we also rent the house next door to the Crazy Doggy House, and the rent in that house is already paid for another year. So we will be shifting our stuff and all our dogs next door! Neither of us are at all excited about the move but we know it’s what we have to do in order for ACT to survive The most important thing right now is that we are able to continue helping as many dogs as possible! That involves keeping the new Care Centre operating to its full potential and securing the rent for the Puppy House for the next 6 months. In order to move next door we have to build an outdoor doggy kitchen/laundry and make some small changes inside to make it more human friendly! Thanks to an anonymous donor we have enough funds to fix the house and build the kitchen/laundry Phew! But in order to do that we need to move the excess dogs into boarding for at least a month until we have space to fit them in our other locations.
