This Cheddar is made using traditional methods that the Fowler family has used for generations. The cloth bound cheddar is not released for a minimum of 12 months of age. Whilst maturing on pine boards, it is hand turned and rubbed over every 3 weeks. This gives the cheese its distinctive flavour. It earthy and complex with a creamy mouth feel.
