22.01.2022 Recipe: Banana and Date Cookies 12 fresh dates, seeds out 20 g rolled oats (1/4 cup) 25g plain flour (3 tbsp) 25g shredded or desiccated coconut (1/2 cup)... 1 ripe banana 25g coconut oil (or olive oil or melted butter) (1tbsp) 50g milk (1/4 cup) Blitz all ingredients together. Thermomix speed 8 for 20 seconds (or approx 1 minute in food processor). Spoon onto lined baking tray. You can flatten them slightly and shape into a circle, using the 'curve' of a fork. Although they look just as good 'rustic'. Bake in moderate oven for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cook, although enjoy at least one still warm! Let me know if they're a hit. - Angela See more
