06.01.2022 Starting a new chapter of cooking adventures down under. After 7 years of teaching organic Indian/fusion cooking in HongKong, I decided to get my certificate in commercial Cookery here in Melbourne last year. It’s been a blast n I am gutted it’s coming to an end. It’s kept me sane during Covid n allowed me to forge new friendships, so thank you Holmesglen.
