23.01.2022 Funny how life turns a corner just when you were getting comfortable. Wake up. I will be closing my school. Time out. Time for me. I have taken care of others for so long I got lost. When anyone wants to find me I'll be on the Routeburn walk in the NZ Southern Alps. I'm going to visit my sons and have fun. My spirit will fly and my spirituality will grow. Swami Mukti is back in my life actually she never left. We get so caught up in life that we find it really really hard to be one again. Om shanti to everyone. I love you all but it time for me.
23.01.2022 Meditation for the day..Sit still...breath, notice the breath. If a problem in your life arises in your mind, see it as a big wave coming towards you then watch it get smaller and smaller until it passes under you. Keep doing that until you feel peace.

14.01.2022 Interesting day today at yoga. Only Fay and Nickolas turned up. Everyone else was either sick or elsewhere. Just a heads up on what yoga stands for. When you are stressed or tired or the world is pushing down on you. Do Yoga. Dont feel that in order to do yoga you have to be up for it. Yoga is the best medicine you can administer to yourself.The endocrine system kicks in the automatic system gets a blast from new blood generating around the body and at the end you will feel free, fresh and whole just because you breathed.
