22.01.2022 Phew!!! after a lot of trouble shooting I now have SAY Yoga page up and running again..... There is only 1 week of Yoga for this term and break for school holiday period, we will return on the 14th July. I am really excited about commencing Yoga at a new Yoga and wellness centre in Wagga Wagga owned and operated by a very good friend of mine Amanda Myers the new centre is called Simp-Lee Yoga.This opens July 13th. Come in for a look and try. I will be teaching Kids Yoga and Chair Yoga on Mondays all those intersted you can search SimpLee Yoga or contact me.



17.01.2022 To be present is often something that Yogis often talk about. But how is this achieved? It's about slowing down in everything you do, your eating walking, speaking, everything! Just slow down don't rush and this will help you remain present.

16.01.2022 Feeling awesome that I have completed level 1 teaching in Children's Yoga 5-8 year olds with Karen Whiteman Creative Yogis. It was a fantastic weekend of fun yoga for kids. I can't wait to put it into practice.

12.01.2022 Hope you are all enjoying your day. There is no longer any Monday Kids Yoga and Yoga with Sonya at Lunch in Wagga Wagga. The travel and harvest has lead me to make this decision earlier than I had desired but the timing is perfect as my skills are required at home :-). Yoga is a practice that never leaves you, the more you learn about Yoga the more you become 'Grace under Pressure'. Much love Sonya xo

09.01.2022 Good day to you. The weather is warming up and sunshine is flooding the veins. I am so excited to be back from my trip to Bali and to share all the great teachings and new knowledge that I have had taught to me. I am starting back teaching Yoga this week. Monday's I'm teaching at Simp-lee Yoga studio my time table has changed but am doing a lunch time class 45min for adults. Tuesday starting back in Narrandera 6pm Presbyterian hall. Wednesday's Ganmain 6pm Ganmain Sports club. I am really enthusiastic and excited about all this Yoga to share with everyone. Any question you can ring 0427548884. Om Shanti shanti shanti.



08.01.2022 As from the 13th March there will be no Yoga in Ganmain, Narrandera, Grong Grong, and Ardlethan until the 29th March. I will be away doing Vipassana in the hinterlands of Noosa. What is Vipassana? Vipassana is a meditation of 10 days of silence, no talking, no contact with others, no electronic devices, 10 hours a day in meditation. It is about withdrawing from all external stimuli and allowing one to be seated in meditation, This comes with comittment everything that we achi...eve in life comes from commitment, nothing is achieved without commitment even spirituality. In our life problems come not trouble us but to give us certain strengths that we think we do not have, trusting in these problems, they are here to make us better, not bitter. Problems don't disappear they can crop up anytime especially in meditation our mind is a powerful tool that wants us to believe that it has control, it keeps us thinking of self doubt, futuristic dreams or past actions and desires. Happiness is not a result of your desires being fulfilled or not fulfilled. Vipassana is a practice to keep yourself in harmony, the effort that you put into it and knowing that you are on the right track. It helps us drop poisonous thoughts poisonous emotions and poisonous food. Keeping yourself in harmony and do the right actions and hopefully it will reveal the state of deep ecstasy.
