21.01.2022 BIG NEWS! We are so excited to announce that we have a new home! Don't worry, we are still within our zone in the Western suburbs and only 10 minutes from our original practice on Cudmore Terrace. Find us at 413 Henley Beach Road, Brooklyn Park, as of Thursday 20th of August. We can't wait to have our littlies explore their Speechie's new "house". Feel free to share a picture with them or point it out while driving by, to help with their transition to a new space.... **Please note: sessions on Wednesday 19th of August will still be held at the Cudmore Terrace practice.

19.01.2022 "There’s great value too in providing opportunities for children to enjoy regular silent reading, which is sustained reading of materials they select for pleasure particular during these trying times."

18.01.2022 All the parents out there.

16.01.2022 That's a wrap! We will be closed over the Christmas break, reopening on the 4th of January. From everyone at Say Hooray, we would like to thank all of our wonderful families for giving us the privilege of working with you this year! It has been a tough 2020 but we look forward to celebrating each and every one of our clients as we continue to kick goals together in 2021! Stay safe everyone and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

15.01.2022 We hope everyone is staying safe and well in these crazy times. We know we are all being overwhelmed with news and updates, so we will keep it short, just to let all our lovely families know that we will be switching to online sessions for the period of this lockdown and likely for a time after. We are monitoring all new updates as they arise and will pass on any changes. Your Speechie and/or OT will be in touch with you shortly to organise online sessions. We have done it before, we will do it again! Take care! <3

15.01.2022 It's been a hot minute since our last blog, so here's a quick read to get us all on track in the new year!

14.01.2022 Almost December!!

14.01.2022 Very handy explainer of different types of sensory processing. We’re very lucky to have an amazing OT on our team who can help identify your child’s sensory profile and share information about how to best support them. Give us a call 08 83535542 to ask about an OT appt.

12.01.2022 ANNOUNCEMENT With the early lifting of the lockdown, we are pleased to reopen our doors on Monday! Practice sessions and out visits will go ahead as normal, as long as no flu-like symptoms are observed, we are permitted on school grounds, etc, and of course, as long as you are comfortable! Zoom is still available for those wishing to stay home. Your therapist will be in touch shortly. **Some changes may apply so please look out for details direct from your Speechie or OT.

11.01.2022 Happy long weekend everyone! We hope you all enjoy the sunshine!

02.01.2022 It's been great to be back and we have had a wonderful first week of 2021. We wish all our families every success in the New Year and are here to lend all the support we can! Happy weekend everyone!

01.01.2022 We come to the end of Speech Pathology Week, but we never stop our efforts to raise awareness of communication difficulties. No two people are the same and we shape our support to fit the individual needs of every unique family we work with. If you know someone with communication needs, take a moment today to let them know you hear their voice!

01.01.2022 We hope all our school-aged kiddos enjoy their final day of school holidays today! Don't forget to let us know if your school has a Pupil Free Day on Monday and you have a school speech session planned! We know many of you lucky ducks have that extra day of freedom.
