25.01.2022 Spent the day working on some small pumps in a diesel processing plant. They said it had a small leak. Turned out to be a pretty catastrophic mechanical seal failure

25.01.2022 Have been pretty quiet on the social lately, but works been the opposite. Here's a stainless steel bearing cap i had to repair recently. the seal mounting surface was damaged so I had to bore it out over size and machine a insert to go back in to fit the seal. Pretty basic job but turned out good.

24.01.2022 Had to repair a sprocket with a collapsed bearing on the weekend. Due to not being able to get a spare, had to build the bearing journal up with weld then machine it back to an interference fit on the bearing. Got a bit carried away and forgot to get a photo of the finished product.

23.01.2022 Recently fabricated some roller infill plates for a project I'm helping commission.

10.01.2022 New gym fit out today. Had to make a structure in order for it to mount to the wall. Just waiting on more of the rubber flooring and boards for the wall. this will make a nice set up for waggas strongest gym.

10.01.2022 Finished my first boat this week. Super happy with how stable it was in the water Now off to get wrapped and a new motor this week

09.01.2022 I'll kick this page off with one of the cooler things I have built. Customer asked for a smoker that could cook for up to 300 people. We went for a square design instead of the traditional round ones due to the larger cooking chamber.

05.01.2022 A gate I made and installed for a happy customer.

05.01.2022 Wraps on now we are ready to catch some fish

04.01.2022 Today I finished this project of some light mounts for a customer. I have recently jumped right down the rabbit hole of 3D printing. Printed this with a carbon fibre PLA blend which offers greater strength than ordinary PLA Also fitted with steel thread inserts to prevent the bolts from stripping on the plastic
