16.01.2022 What a day! Mother Nature was looking down on the McDonald’s State Relays yesterday! Thank you to the 1,600 athletes and their families that attended. Your posi...tive attitudes ensured that this event was a great success. HUGE thanks to our volunteer officials for all your efforts throughout the day. You are an amazing bunch of people and we appreciate your commitment to our athletes and our sport. And to those parents who came out to the events to assist, you guys rock! Thank you for your help when it was needed. We are humbled by the amount of donations to the Christmas Pantry Drive for Ronald McDonald House Charities South East QLD. Your contributions will help families cope through some of the most difficult times of their lives, so thank you for your kindness and generosity. 08.01.2022 As most of you would be aware, the Greater Brisbane Area has gone into a three day lockdown due to a Covid-19 outbreak. As a number of us were in Brisbane for the State Championships last weekend, this lockdown also applies to a number of our families, committee members and coaches. It is due to this that we have had to postpone our season break up until after the holidays. We wish you all a safe and enjoyable Easter break and we look forward to seeing you all again on Wednesday 21st April to celebrate a fantastic season of Little Athletics.
