This data is dynamic and this means the audience should automatically change... Below you can see the difference between the 2 audiences, 1 was created last week, the other one was created in April.... The overlap is only 28%. We see this on several accounts and all audiences based on pixel data. Make it a habit to change your lookalike audience every month as this could improve your results a lot!

09.01.2022 Humble Brag. We don't do this enough. Client: High-end Headphones, designed to program themselves to your hearing profile ... Campaign: Collect emails from prospective customers to 1) Build a list to nurture into the sale and 2) Use that Lead Gen campaign to collect market research. We wanted to learn why people cared about their hearing, what experience they had that lead them to care about their health and finally, to collect genuine commentary which would help us frame the conversation in ongoing campaigns. Outcome: Over 800 emails at $1.19 each, more than 95% of them having answered all three questions we placed within the form. How: Excellent targeting and a sweet little offer! 07.01.2022 Customer Satisfaction Scores They’ve been around for a while, but got a lot more relevant for advertisers the past months. Did you know you can see how satisfied (or dissatisfied) your customers are? ... By visiting the following link https://www.facebook.com/ads/customer_feedback you can see how customers view your business and if the score is low, Facebook will penalise the business. How does it work? Facebook surveys customers that have bought directly from your Facebook ads and scores you anywhere between 0 and 5. If the score drops below 2 they will penalise you by making the ads more expensive and giving you less reach. If you don’t work on the score, they will continue to penalise you further. Below you can see the quality score of one of our clients. This is something we continually work on by not making statements in ads that are not true or we can’t deliver on (think shipping times, price changes and fake scarcity marketing tactics!) 04.01.2022 How to increase sales using dynamic creative The dynamic creative feature from Facebook has been around for a while but lately results we've been getting using this feature have been a lot better. The idea behind dynamic creative is that you give Facebook different images, copy variants, headlines and call to actions to see what combinations perform best. It's a quick way to test different angles and creatives to see what works. ... The way we've been using this is giving Facebook 5 to 10 different images/videos, 2-3 different copy variants, and 3-5 different headlines to work with. Facebook will make this into a big mix and show your audience different combinations. The results for us have been great! Below you can see an example of a client account where we tested dynamic creative against the best performing creative. As you can see, the dynamic creative campaign actually performed better than the others. If you haven't yet, this is definitely something to test!

02.01.2022 Funnels & Retargeting - and something that’s working really well for us! 39x ROAS Something we have been testing lately is moving the content views to our warm audience stage (MOF) instead of having them in the hot stage (BOF). The only thing we retarget in the bottom of the funnel is the add to carts and this has been working incredibly well on multiple accounts. ... This allows us to run a CBO in the middle of the funnel that actually has big enough audiences in it. Instead of using a DPA we’re using different images/videos of the product and UGC and this is pushing a lot more people to the the ATC level which feeds the next step. For the bottom of the funnel we’ve actually been testing a traffic campaign optimised on Landing Page views. (I know, it sounds weird haha, but keep on reading ) Again we’ve used a still image instead of a DPA because we’re only promoting 1 product for this client. This has decreased CPM’s by over 40% and even on a low CTR we’ve been able to get a 39x and 22 sales over the last 7 days. (low volume still since we’ve just started) Now this is by all means not normal results and this full account is running at 12.5x over the past 7 days, but again, it shows to never stop testing!
