06.01.2022 Here at Scales Plus, we were recently contacted by a representative from RSPCA Queensland seeking some vet scales for small animals. We happily supplied a couple sets of our dual purpose scales- and it seems both staff and the furred clientele were pleased with the acquisition!

05.01.2022 Found this baby hiding in my teapot this morn. Something made me tip the teapot upside down before sticking some of my premium Japanese Matcha green tea powder inside. Otherwise, there was a good chance I wouldve been drinking Redback infused tea. Only the week before last I was bitten providing intense leg pain, fever and high temperature for a few days. Time for some redback tea! The female Redback crept into the teapot during in between cleaning the teapot and loading green tea leaves. Perhaps attracted to the darkness and heat from the hot water it was cleaned with. Tipping the pot upside down it fell into the sink. Another day at the Scales Plus HQ. We calibrate stuff. 05.01.2022 Were big on recycling here at Scales Plus. We recycle every piece of cardboard; we avoid plastic and recycle what we do receive. We say no to plastic cutlery; we reuse chopsticks. We have supplied weighing equipment to recycling companies around the world for weighing recovered materials, we love to help them out. Great to see this proven incentive for recycling pushed through despite opposition from a massive multinational beverage company bent on trashing the planet with their plastic packaging!
