22.01.2022 Our surveyors work in the Perth Metro Area as well as out in many of Western Australia’s amazing rural regions. We travel to all areas of Western Australia and have even flown over to Christmas Island to complete surveys. This photo from last year of surveyor John out in rural WA is still one of our favourites.

17.01.2022 IMPORTANT NEWS ON SUBDIVISION APPROVALS ISSUED PRIOR TO COVID-19 In response to COVID-19, the Planning and Development Amendment Bill 2020 has come into effect as of July 7. If you received a subdivision approval from the Western Australian Planning Commission prior to March 16, 2020, you now have an automatic two-year extension on your subdivision approval. Our office has spoken with the Western Australian Planning Commission and it has been confirmed that this is now in ef...fect. This two-year extension is a great relief for many West Australians who have been unable to complete subdivision works in time due to COVID-19, or are experiencing hardship and need more time to finalise their subdivisions. 09.01.2022 If you see a set up like this on your street, there’s a surveyor nearby! If you look closely, you’ll see another tripod in the vacant block. This was one of our residential projects from earlier this year where one block of land was being subdivided into two new lots.

06.01.2022 Did you know that from tomorrow, the amendments to the Strata Titles Act 1985 come into effect? These amendments are designed to modernise the States strata framework and represent the most important updates to strata legislation in over 20 years and may impact your property. To find out more about these changes, visit www.strata.wa.gov.au

03.01.2022 We’re close to completing this twelve-lot subdivision, complete with a new park, for one of our clients in Coogee, just a few minutes’ drive from Coogee Beach. Larger subdivisions like these, which are designed by planners and local councils, require new roads, water and sewer mains, as well as brand new power, communications and lighting infrastructure. After working with planners and engineers on the project, it's almost ready for new homes to be built and families to move to the area and soon, a new park will be ready for the community to enjoy.
