19.01.2022 thought i would share some photos of a pre purchase inspection have done. in these pictures you can see the floor joist is eaten out and laying on the ground the only reason the end is still up is someone has put a car jack under it.on top of this floor is carpet and a double waterbed. had to be careful crawling around under this one.
