13.01.2022 The final touches are coming together for our building at 91 Landsborough Ave in Scarborough. The past few weeks have seen a full renovation to the entry, floor tiling, amenities and common areas. We chose New Guinea sustainable hardwood for the feature ceilings and energy efficient LED lighting throughout. There's two schools of thought on the glass bricks but the limited budget decided they stay. We are Redcliffe's only Professional Office Suites and Business Lounge, situated on the beautiful Scarborough waterfront. Why travel to the city when you can work remotely in Scarborough. 09.01.2022 Reno Update. We received our timber slatwall delivery yesterday from Panel and Ply at Clontarf. Sustainable Australian Hoop Pine ply just looks great. We will use this as ceilings in some of the Private Suites and as a feature wall stained in linseed oil. Should look good. So we're just about finished with just paint and carpet to go.
