23.01.2022 This week is SAS Recognition Week where we celebrate the incredible work of our administration and support staff. Their dedication and commitment keeps our school running smoothly behind the scenes as Administration Managers, Administration Officers, General Assistants and School Learning and Support Officers. A big shout out to Miss Rose, Ms Rankin, Mr Donald, Miss Stanbridge, Miss Iffland and Mrs Defina-Nancarrow, especially in these difficult times.

22.01.2022 Messy cooking today, making Mie Goreng, Asian coleslaw, roti and lemon curd. The oldest class even made the noodles from scratch, without help! So proud. Thanks to our 3 great parent volunteers.

19.01.2022 All finished up for term 3 and time to relax in style for a few weeks. See you all for term 4 on Monday 12 October. The eased restrictions for term 4 are also great news and mean we will be able to manage an onsite Kindergarten orientation. We are so excited!

13.01.2022 SEEKING A SHIRT SPONSOR We are looking ahead to 2021 and getting involved in the Small Schools Knockout Competition again. Our current soccer kit is great but we do not have enough kits in a wide range of sizes. The design has since been discontinued. We are getting quotes on a new soccer kit of 30 to cater for all students as a long term investment. The kit comes with shirt, shirts and socks and is competitively priced.... The question is, are there any local businesses out there who might be interested in being our shirt sponsor? If anyone is interested, please contact the principal, Chris Hopkins at [email protected] or 4267 2153.
13.01.2022 Wet weather is likely today but orienteering will go ahead unless there is a storm. Please ensure your child brings a waterproof jacket for today's activity.
13.01.2022 The making of Scarborough Threads, a small custom tye-dyed t-shirt business in Gadhu class. T-shirts on sale in term 4. https://www.instagram.com/tv/CFgv-Xnh2Z6/

10.01.2022 New library bags are now available. Many students don't have a library bag to protect their books. Our new bags are stronger and will repel liquid more than our previous Calico bags. Library day for Gadhu and Mudjingaal is on Wednesday. If you require a bag, please send your child in with $8 cash, with a note. We will send them home with a lovely new library bag... Online ordering coming soon.
