25.01.2022 We are excited for the inaugural SCBC Football Academy Alumni event for graduating students from 2017-2020.

25.01.2022 The Junior Boys B had their first game of the year against Halls Head College. After all their hard work so far, this year in training it was finally time to put that all to the test. The team dominated possession in most parts throughout the game looking very positive in our play. We were able to create some good chances early on and went into half time with the lead. The second half was more of the same, controlled possession from South Coast and with a solid back line we w...ere able to stop Halls Head from creating any dangerous goal scoring chances. As the game progressed South Coast had all the momentum and managed to get a few more goals in which gave us a comfortable lead and we managed to finish the game as the winners. Thank you to all the parents, staff and supporters who came to watch the game. Well done to the boys.

20.01.2022 Good luck to our Head of Girls Adi Juric as he is in the running for the vacant Perth Glory Women's Head Coach role.

18.01.2022 The Junior Boys B play their second game of the year against John Curtin B at John Curtin’s ground. The game started and straight from the off it was a game of fast tempo and high quality, both teams started out playing some really good football but shortly into the first half John Curtin managed to get a goal and go into halftime with the lead. The second half saw the South Coast boys come out with more hunger and determination to get themselves back into the match. After b...attling all half and creating a lot of goal scoring chances we were unfortunate to not get a goal, because of this John Curtin were able to put the game to bed late on in the second half to secure the victory for them. Thank you to all the parents, staff and supporters who came to watch the game and for your support.

16.01.2022 The Junior Boys B had travelled to Melville Senior High School to play their final game for year. After some great performances in our previous games. This was the boy’s final opportunity to showcase everything that had learnt throughout the year. The game was scrappy from the start and both sides were struggling to get good controlled possession. After the game continued the boys really started to get a foot hold of the game and started creating some good goal scoring opport...unities. Not after long South Coast were able to break the deadlock going into the half time a goal to the good. The second half we continued to move the ball well and kept on creating chance after chance but with a great defensive performance from Melville and with some outstanding saves from their goalkeeper we were un able to convert a lot of our chances but still ended the game with a win. Thank you to all the parents players and staff.

06.01.2022 The Junior Boys A and John Curtin A played out an entertaining fixture at John Curtin’s ground. The game started lively with South Coast applying the early pressure and taking the lead in the game. Then game then settled for a short time with both team high pressing and football abilities cancelling each other. However, midway through the half John Curtin turned on the heat and found there rhythm put South Coast Baptist College under immense pressure with and without the bal...l lead to a flurry of goals for the Home side. John Curtin went into the break with a substantial lead. South Coast determined to make amends for their first half performance took the game to John Curtin. The playing group showed fantastic resilience and character to come back into the game. They were creating chance after chance to get themselves back into the game on the goals tally. South Coast eventually broke through and brought the game back within one goal. Pushing for an equaliser, South Coast had chances to draw level but unfortunately ran out of time. It was a very exciting and entertaining game to watch. Thank you to all the parents and staff for their support.

03.01.2022 The Junior Boys B team had their third game of the term against Safety Bay Senior High School. After the defeat against John Curtin the previous week, the boys were desperate to put it right and go out and get a good result against our closest rivals. For majority of the first half South Coast heavily dominated possession creating some good goal scoring chances and keeping a nice high solid back line so we were able to cancel out any potential goal scoring opportunities Safet...y Bay were creating. The third goal was scored by Adam Pryce and it was a goal to remember, with a great cross from the right-hand side from Sean Tubbs-Forsey, Adam Pryce executed the perfect bicycle kick which made the game 3-0 to South Coast and with managing to score one more South Coast had a comfortable lead going into half time. The second half was more of the same from South Coast, solid defending at the back allowed us to maintain possession and move the ball through the thirds to create more goal scoring opportunities, with some fantastic saves from Safety Bays goalkeeper In the second half he was able to deny South Coast a few more goals, but unfortunately that wasn’t enough to bring Safety Bay back into the game and which meant the full time result going in South Coast's favour. Hopefully we can take that momentum into what will be our final game of the year against Melville Senior High School.
