14.01.2022 Yes of course you can but let’s look at what happens in a workout: - Change In body weight (drinking water and loss through sweat) Physical change within our muscle size and shape (muscle pump) Variance In heart rate and body temperature All of those factors above will also largely vary person to person and workout to workout. Eg Cardio, Strength Arm workout, Leg workout, HIIT cardio, Steady State cardio...... This will effect our total weight, lean body mass, skeletal muscle, protein and hydration status and you will see changes within segmental analysis.
