24.01.2022 It is Ok to not feel Ok ! Mental health is one of the most sensitive, yet largely ignored issue across all ages. Conditions posed by mental health problems need to be dealt with extreme care and may even require professional interventions. Today, we had the pleasure of having Mr. Tariq Pordily (Mental Health Social Worker, Clinical Psychotherapist and Behavioral Support Practitioner) at our college, where he addressed conditions of mental health illness, coping mechanisms and also conducted one on one consultation with our students. If any of you feel that you are struggling with your mental health status, we request you to come forward and talk about it. We are always there to listen and help you through.
