25.01.2022 Some of my recent SCENAR treatments have been on calf strains. A possible cause is our muscles are tighter through the winter months. R.I.C.E (Rest.Ice.Compression.Elevation) + SCENAR in the early stages of a strain can greatly reduce pain and recovery time. To help prevent strains spend more time warming up, foam rolling and stretching before exercising.
