22.01.2022 Am currently doing my 2016 Professional Development courses and learning lots about blogs and blogging. I'm thinking there could well be a Scenic Rim Ceremonies blog before too long - wouldn't that be fun!

17.01.2022 Ben and Louise travelled from Echuca to Currumbin on the Gold Coast for a beautiful holiday and ... to get married. They chose the lovely Jack Wort Park as the location for their ceremony which began almost the same time as one of the most spectacular storms so far this season. While I've always thought the saying, "Happy is the couple the rain falls on" is from country Victoria, I've just read that this is a form of the traditional Irish blessing, "Happy is the bride the rain falls on." So very perfect when considering Louise's Irish heritage. Congratulations Louise and Ben - today's rain should ensure a lifetime of happiness.

16.01.2022 Would you like to have your wedding ceremony in the gorgeous Little Brown Church at Jimboomba? Here's the contact details and some great information for you http://www.jimboombarotary.com.au/Little-Brown-Church/

15.01.2022 Are you looking for a chapel for your country wedding? Have a look at Always Loved Wedding Gardens and Chapel just out of Boonah. http://www.alwayslovedweddinggardensandchapel.com.au/

15.01.2022 Finalising the ceremony for next weekend's wedding on the Gold Coast. Am getting very excited - less than a week to go and I know the happy couple are extremely excited too.

11.01.2022 Happy Mother's Day to all mothers, mothers-in-law, young mums, not-so-young mums and those who are planning or preparing for motherhood. Have a wonderful day with your family, make some more precious memories and cherish the moments - they pass all too quickly.

08.01.2022 Photos coming very soon of Louise and Ben's beautiful wedding in this afternoon's storm at Len Wort Park, Currumbin.

08.01.2022 At Beaudesert Cenotaph, in remembrance of family members and friends who served our country in the Boer War, WWI and WWII. Lest we forget.

08.01.2022 It's annual registration time for all Australian Marriage Celebrants. The link to the Australian Attorney General's Department will be of use to many couples planning their wedding. Celebrants are able to be located through a name search for the relevant state or territory. http://marriage.ag.gov.au/marriagecelebrants/civil

07.01.2022 A great rehearsal for tomorrow afternoon's wedding at Greenbank. Holding the rehearsal at the same time as the ceremony is always the best way to find out exactly where the sun will be when the bridal party arrives - and also for finding out the best places to be sitting or standing :)

06.01.2022 Congratulations to Fred and Millie whose beautiful wedding took place with family and friends at their Greenbank home yesterday. Thank you for inviting me to be part of your very special day and sincere best wishes for a wonderful future together.

01.01.2022 Posting some of my wedding ceremony photos from northern Victoria and southern NSW has been a lot of fun. Planning the perfect wedding ceremony for 'my' couples is something I really enjoy doing and then seeing the way everything comes together for the beautiful bride and groom is truly heart warming. I hope you enjoy the photos - there's a lot more to come :)
