It's so important to us that we acknowledge the land upon which we will be walking, the trees that make the forest beautiful, the animals that reside along the way, the Indigenous Australians who were the original custodians of this land, the Timber Getters who give us stories and relics of the past, the Early Settlers, who without them, we would not be here today. But most of all, how they have all contributed to the creation of this beautiful place we are about to experience.

06.01.2022 What is our biggest ailment on trail you might ask? Soles of shoes detaching from an old boot. The glue on hiking shoes disintegrates overtime and if your shoes have aged like a fine wine, it's highly likely that we'll have to perform shoe surgery on the trail.
