22.01.2022 Making up a new shield? Check out the below info-graphic. If you have an odd shaped shield Melbourne and Ballarat have shield measuring boxes at the max dimensions. If your group doesn't one of these it may take some math, please be considerate of the poor volunteer who has to work it out. Remember to leave space for the padding on the edges in your design. If you are looking to have the biggest shield possible EQ desk won't be sympathetic if you accidentally make it 2cm over the max.

17.01.2022 A reminder in the lead up to Quest and for general play. Modifying arrows- Arrows are arguably the most dangerous weapons on the field due to the risk of eye injury.... Always consider the following rules before modifying an IDV arrow: 2.1 (d) "Not act in a manner that is intentionally or recklessly likely to cause real injury to another person" of the Basic rules and rule 1.5 (c) "Only approved missile or thrown weapons may be used. The only arrows and bolts approved for use are those manufactured by IDV Engineering (Germany)." of the Weapons Construction Rules From the IDV pdf- http://www.idv-engineering.de/Gebrauchsanleitung_englisch_2 Play safe out there!

17.01.2022 Making new bands? Remember to check out the below guides to keep them safe for play.

12.01.2022 Band gun round confusion clear up. It has come to our attention that we have had two band gun info-graphics that show with different methods of measuring band gun round length. This has resulted in different measurements being allowed and some confusion To clear this up we will be making the 'band folded flat' method shown in the picture below the official one and ditching the other info-graphic which ill post in the comments for reference.... Band folded flat means the band measurement up the barrel can be taken after the band is squashed or lightly stretched flat to give it the max length. The image below is now the official method. It has already been in use for several years and many bandgunners will already know it as the official method. Apologies for the confusion Thanks, EQ.
