13.01.2022 One of my personal responses to these challenges is to re-define my work and service to our local community. DESIGN: is still my architectural work, designing buildings that meet the needs of my clients within challenges of a changing climate, with focus on sustainability, biophilia, affordable housing and adaptation of existing buildings to our local climate as it is predicted for the next ten years. BUILD: as a builder I will continue to explore cooperative ways, sustainabl...e and ethical, to build what I have designed or in cooperation with other architects and their clients. LIVE: how do we live deeply, (beauty)fully, and positively in these challenging times? As a mentor I offer and share what I have learnt and experienced in my lifetime. Stories of the world as beautiful as it once was. I will be mentored by my children’s generation to see and understand the world from their perspective, so that together we can move peacefully and creatively into this unknown new world.
