05.01.2022 Only two of these workshops left for the year. Making sourdough bread with wholegrain flours is quite a different thing to using white flour - these breads are delicious and nutritious. 03.01.2022 Just finished putting another small group through a 300 series workshop. Very satisfying experience. Though I didn't have my new setup ready in time, we managed by using my backup bakery, the Bush Bakery MkII. An amazing group, and an amazing week! The next Masterbaker Series is in February 2019. It will be in my new setup, right here at Wallarobba, about an hour out of Newcastle. Luna, the wood fired oven, will be completely refurbished and refined, and the 'bakery in a dair...y' will be ready as well! It will be a small group, and while you don't have to be a baker, this 4 day intensive dives in at a professional level.
