25.01.2022 Its called Dohertys Creek P-9, but it only goes up to grade 6! We need funding ASAP for years 7-9 at Dohertys Creek P-9. The land is there and the design is done, we just need the Victorian Government to fund construction of Stage 2 of this school. 25.01.2022 A win for Point Cook families! Construction of Stage 2 at Saltwater P-9 College has been funded! This means that the school will be able to take students for Years 7-9. Building will be done by the end of 2021 so that Year 7 can start in 2022. Thanks to Jill Hennessy MP for your advocacy for the Point Cook community.

24.01.2022 The Victorian School Building Authority has announced names for the new schools that will open in 2021, including the two new schools planned to open in Wyndham in Term 1 next year: * Garrang Wilam Primary School in Truganina (interim name was Truganina South East Primary School). * Riverbend Primary School in Wyndham Vale (interim name was Wollahra Primary School).

Land acquisition funding for schools announced in the Victorian Budget includes: - Truganina North Secondary College - Holyoake Parade Primary in Manor Lakes... - Lollypop Creek Primary in the west of Werribee - Riverdale East Primary in Tarneit - Tarneit Missen House Primary These new schools will provide much needed school capacity for our fast growing city! 06.01.2022 Thanks to the Victorian Government for funding urgently needed upgrades for three Wyndham schools in the state budget. Upgrades to Victorian government schools include: - $10.1 million upgrade for Hoppers Crossing Secondary College - $10.7 million upgrade for Woodville Primary School... - $8 million upgrade for Warringa Park School These upgrades will help Wyndham students have the classrooms, libraries and learning spaces they deserve.
