16.01.2022 3rd set smashed just goes to show if you really want something bad enough you have to do what it takes to reach those goals and most of the time that means stepping way outside your comfort zone There is no growth in your comfort zone Dig deep you mane surprised at what you can achieve

15.01.2022 Cardio time at the end of a big strength session to hit New PBS at 57 years old just goes to show that improvement can come at any age 63 switch blades in 60 seconds with absolutely nothing left in the tank with the last 5 sec to go My tip for your workouts never do cardio during your strength session . Always do it at the end as strength and cardio use different energy systems and if you do cardio during your strength work out your are robbing yourself of performance in the rest of your strength moves

12.01.2022 This is what a great bodyweight workout looks like left out of the video is 3 sets of vibro calf raises x 1 min each 3 sets of vibro single leg lunges x1 min each 3 sets of TRX lobster flys and 3 sets of gravity overhead presses and 3 runs of Ninja obstacles on the chucks and balls as well as 1 min on level 16 flat out on the spin bike and 1 min speed skipping just to finish it off definitely going to feel this one tomorrow

08.01.2022 The fitness benefits of just 3 x1 min rounds of cardio done at maximum effort with a 2 min break in between is huge it trains your heart muscle to work hard and recover quickly and increases your VO2 max for lung capacity if you can’t do 1 min start at 30 seconds and work your way up to 45 then 1 min but no longer otherwise you start to have a negative effect and watch your strength and fitness grow stay fit and healthy at any age who wants to join me in the fit over 50s club and really show these young guns how it’s done

03.01.2022 Training just got serious it’s time to take my bodyweight exercises to the next level If you want to keep improving you have to constantly challenge yourself. The benefits are strength gains other wise not achieved. Stick to as many compound exercises as you can and keep isolating exercises as super sets
