23.01.2022 MTB motorpace, straight into MTB sustained endurance efforts has given riders a new experiences for their MTB preperation. Well done to those who attended training tonight.

A great source of information on training sessions, training techniques, group sessions, articles from Nationally Accredited coache with specialist areas of study. This page will also provide information on upcoming events, training camps and clinics. So for the sake of hitting a like button you can be kept in the loop and find out more about the great sport that is cycling for all disciplines.

19.01.2022 Well with the heat, there are so many words of wisdom which can be imparted, but there is but one that defines the essence of all training.... commonsense. Yes I know lots of you were expecting "hydrate", but that is coomonsense. Some were expecting "stay out of the heat and train early in the morning or on an ergo in cool aircon or a fan", but that is commonsense. Some would expect "if you can't hit your targets because the heat is effecting your heart rate, then back off th...e session and make it so you can hit revised targets" but that is commonsense. Some would expect "just cause it is hot don't go soft but listen to your body", I would still call that commonsense. So my word for the week is exactly that word, I hope you all use it......... COMMONSENSE that is. See more

10.01.2022 Well done to all riders that raced the 12 hour mtb... Big shout out to pmbc for a great event... And well done to Bryce with a solo effort of Nine laps117 km in just under 12 hours...

10.01.2022 Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all. Make sure you check out the Family MTB session in January on the Schwheelies web site, along with the School Holiday Clinics. Thursday Night MTB sessions start again on the 12th of January. Until then stay safe and stay rubber side down.......

09.01.2022 Welcome back to the new year all, we hope you have had heaps of fun and a safe one. Saturday morning a solid crew is heading out for a group training session in the hills to blow the cobb webs out and work some of that Chrissy Pork off, if you are keen to join us be at the coaches place at 0600 for a lift or the convoy of cars. Otherwise meet at the Camel Farm at 0700. Thursday night MTB has kicked of again, so keen to see everyone there this week for an honest session for those who have had a bit of time off over the festive break. Big year of fun coming up so it's time to hit the trails and start trying to stay rubber side down!

05.01.2022 To all athletes especially scholarship and team riders, road and mtb. Matt will be at training tonight with a full set of kits. If not training tonight if you could please make it so that you can at least try on the kits. Please be at training at around 6pm so that all can try on the sizes etc. He is also coming training with us so if anyone has a spare set of lights he can borrow it would be great. If you have friends or know of others who would like to get a hold of the kit as well, then please let them know so that they can come and get fitted as well.
