22.01.2022 Get a piece of paper and jot down five things you have been thinking about for some time but, for whatever reason, have not been able to actualize in your life. Just writing of these items is the beginning point. Now, regardless of how much resistance you feel, do nothing but begin action on the first item. Do this for the next four days for each of the other items. Do not make a commitment to finish the project, simply commit to start it. Stop the excuses you have come to ...rely on to explain why you don't get the really important things accomplished in your life. The main reason you haven't completed what you say you would like to is that you have refused to begin by seizing the moment. All the excuses are just that, excuses. In your heart you know this is true. Surround yourself with doers. Be around people who demonstrate their boldness. And conversely, remove yourself physically from those who encourage you to wallow in your excuses and explanations.

And I can’t climb because the snake is going to bite me! Why can’t the man use a little more strength and pull me up! The man thinks: I am in so much pain! Yet I’m still pulling you as much as I can! Why don’t you try and climb a little harder!? The moral is you can’t see the pressure and stress that others are going... through .... and the other person can’t see the pain you’re in. This is life, whether it’s work, family, feelings or friends, ask questions to understand each other. Learn to think differently, perhaps more clearly and communicate better.
