18.01.2022 As a designer, trying to see things differently is an important part of what I do. This pic of my new glasses has emphasised this. My left eye ,shown on the right , is lazy. Recently these very quiet streets and lanes feel #safer and #peaceful , for me an essential #catharsis . This #escape from home, has an overwhelming sense of #freedom in all it’s stillness . The beauty #Sydneysiders take for granted by day is profound and distinct by night without the traffic and pedestrians . When this time passes I will miss being entirely alone, exploring and indulging it’s tiny lanes and harbour inlets like #Woolloomooloo, . We can forget exactly how lucky we are to reside here , in its extraordinary beauty .
