17.01.2022 Strength and conditioning tonight at 6.30 pm in Warr Park (behind SOJ). Wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty and please bring a towel and water bottle. All welcome.

16.01.2022 Unfortunately we are back in lockdown from Thursday. Classes will run as normal tonight and tomorrow. All membership fees have been put on pause. Stay positive and we will be back rolling soon.
