24.01.2022 Rebecca talks about THE most important thing with regards to Cobb angles.

22.01.2022 Watch a group class in action - this is the 3D setting up phase. Don't be overwhelmed by all the terminology, you'll be guided through this step by step.

21.01.2022 Ashleigh talks about how to measure the Cobb Angle. A much-quoted angle when it comes to Scoliosis. The Cobb Angle is a commonly used objective measure so accurate measurement is key.

21.01.2022 Photos from our recent L1 BSPTS courses. Participants included Physiotherapists and Orthotists. International and interstate border restrictions meant colleagues from neighbouring countries were unable to attend this time however recently announced ‘travel bubble’ plans with Singapore and New Zealand will hopefully have them able to join our L1 courses planned for 6 months time. We've just opened registration for our next course in Melbourne - 18 23rd October 2021. Numbers strictly limited so don't delay. https://scoliosisphysiotherapy.com.au/prod/bspts-l1-course/

20.01.2022 We've just added another course date for our Basic BSPTS courses. We have places remaining in our Melbourne course this weekend, and in Auckland at the end of the Month. Plus now we have a course in August in Melbourne. Click below to find out more

18.01.2022 Highly recommended viewing: Rebecca talks through good workstation setup. We are seeing a lot of clients with upper back, neck and shoulder pain as a result of poor setup at their computer. Feel free to share with colleagues, family and friends.

18.01.2022 We are excited to announce that our BSPTS L1 training course for Physiotherapists is confirmed for Melbourne in March. This is a 6-day course held from March 15 - 20. Find out more / register at: https://scoliosisphysiotherapy.com.au/prod/bspts-l1-course/

17.01.2022 We're adapting to these COVID-19 times...

16.01.2022 Today is National R U OK? Day’. Reaching out to all people with scoliosis and all practitioners who manage it - if we can help relieve you of any questions or worries surrounding scoliosis/scoliosis management, please let us know. There is a whole lot more that we know about scoliosis these days and much more also that is able to be done, that wasn’t known and available 5 and 10 years ago. We are happy to share as much knowledge as we can to help ease stress. Stay well everyone.

16.01.2022 Rebecca Harding talks mirrors and how they play such an effective role in helping clients learn to improve their posture.

11.01.2022 This time we have Shanta talking us through an x-ray of a lady with adult degenerative scoliosis. The 3-dimensional nature of scoliosis makes management that much more complex. The big driver behind Rebecca becoming a trainer for the BSPTS (Barcelona Scoliosis Physical Therapy School) in the Asia Pacific region is so more Physiotherapists in our region can gain this depth of knowledge about scoliosis management and hence more people with scoliosis can have the best help available. If you know a physio who you think might be interested in learning more - why not tag them?

05.01.2022 Proud to be featured in the Australian Physiotherapy Association monthly publication InMotion. Always great to be able to spread the message about scoliosis and to help people to recognise symptoms early.

04.01.2022 This is sooooo important. The words we chose are HUGELY important. Well done to Curvy Girls and to great responsive societies like SOSORT.

02.01.2022 Internationally renowned Dr Rigo discussing his Rigo Cheneau bracing. If you have an adolescent in or going into a brace for scoliosis, this is well worth the watch.
