14.01.2022 1965 Cessna 182H Project For Sale. Aircraft is complete, although in pieces ready for restoration. Ready for SIDS inspection. Some work already completed. Engine and prop time/calendar expired. Engine and airframe logs complete. Owner no longer has time or inclination to proceed with the project. $12,000 ono. Phone us on 02 65 451555 to discuss.
13.01.2022 This is why we do periodic inspections. A tacho from a Piper PA-31-350 Chieftain, on the verge of failing.
13.01.2022 Nice video featuring PA31-350 Chieftain VH-WAD, which we maintain. Looking forward to seeing it back again shortly for its next scheduled inspection.
12.01.2022 This is why we do 100 hourly/annual inspections. Unfortunately, for the customer, this oil filter contains a number of small metal flakes. A bad sign for the engine, which will need to be stripped and inspected. Nonetheless, much better to find this during scheduled maintenance than suffer an engine failure airborne.
10.01.2022 Good old VH-WAD, back out the door after another periodic inspection. This was a big one, with 1000 hour airframe checks required.
