18.01.2022 The VRRDA is keen to present a Victorian Rock'n'Roll Dance State Championships in 2021. But, with the on-going Covid situation, only if this can be done safely and sensibly. We are currently working through the options. Stay tuned for more information.

11.01.2022 S’CoolHouse is on its way to Queensland! Jo and Dave are very excited to have the opportunity to be part of the teaching team at the Cooly Rocks On Festival, Coolangatta over the long weekend in June 2021 We thought it would be a great opportunity to add in a bit of a holiday. ... So, unfortunately, Wednesday night 26 May will be the last class until 14 July 2021. So come along this Wednesday night, and if you have itchy feet, pack your bags and head up to Sunny Queensland and join us in our classes and also for the rest of this fantastic rock and roll festival - Cooly Rocks On!

10.01.2022 Thanks to everyone who has come along to our classes over the last few weeks , we hope you have all enjoyed it as much as we have ! Our beginners are really getting going now with a handful of moves under their belts, which we will turn into 2 handfuls over the next couple of weeks! If you haven’t come along yet, or missed a class, don’t worry, you can still join in, we do a revision each week of the week before, and we are always on hand to help the ‘fog clear’ a bit, just... ask us and we are more than happy to help! We are up to 4 line dances in 3 weeks ! What a great effort! One new one each week and revision of the ones we know! Our intermediate rock and roll and Lindy hop is a great way to improve on what you already know and learn some new moves to put into your kit, ready for the dance floor! Lindy hop is a bit more technical , and there is a bit of talking and demonstrating that needs to be done, but we promise you, hang in there, pick up as much as your brain can handle each week, and keep coming back and you will be well rewarded when you finally get that ‘ahh ha’ moment and ‘feel’ what it really means to dance ‘Lindy hop’ Look forward to seeing you next Wednesday!!
