25.01.2022 If you are not better then you were before your injury, your rehab has not been successful. The rehab journey is a challenging one, BUT you should always come out the other side better then you were before. If you not you either haven’t finished your rehab or your provider did not do their job properly



21.01.2022 Have been playing around with these drills lately in my warm ups. Simple mobility exercises that get the body Moving in directions that are novel can be an excellent way improve mobility and help with back pain. Check out our Simple Mobility Series for the lower back (previous post) for an easy 7 minute lower back mobility sequence.

17.01.2022 If you are trying to improve your posture, isolating specific muscles is not the way. Posture is complex and is a contribution of balance, strength, mobility and other factors such as environmental and psychological inputs. The reason many athletes look like they have good posture is because posture helps with movement efficiency which is essential for performance, so aligning the body is something that has been trained. Forget training specific muscles, just use exercises in... which posture is required. 02.01.2022 There is a lot of fear mongering in the exercise and health space regarding good or bad movements. The reality is that Kinesiophobia (fear of movement) has a higher correlation with pain and disability then any particular movement or exercise. Your body is strong, resilient and designed to move and adapt. Avoiding movement will never allow the body to adapt to them. Move often, stay strong
