25.01.2022 Spent the day knocking the top of another one. A 60x60 jumping area is now on its way. I can picture those fun jumps scattered around out here already

25.01.2022 Any chance of knocking up a home for the chickens and ducks? No problem

23.01.2022 Another job done and dusted. Some before and after photos. Now you see trees, scrubs and overgrowth galore and now you dont

23.01.2022 Well hammering out the first metre for the pad was fun. Now another 800 further down with the holes. All bluestone as we go. Drill, hammer, drill, hammer

22.01.2022 A big thank you to everyone for your support throughout 2017. Were all geared up and looking forward to getting back into it for another action packed year of rural adventures. As the years pass our company continues to grow in capability for your every need. We continue to focus on three main areas-... 1) Rural fencing - all your wire fencing, post and rail and automatic gates needs 2) Horse facilities - shelters, arena/round yard fencing, stables and holding yard needs 3) Earth works - arena construction, drainage, trenching of poly pipe/electrical cabling and driveway needs No job is too small to inspect and no job is too big to complete. Safe travelling over the festive break and Ill catch you all sometime over 2018. See more

22.01.2022 It been all about fencing for 4 months. Prime mover and excavator are on the move again. Time to start demolishing some stuff. Stay tuned...........

22.01.2022 1 mtr cut for the top corner.....hhhmmm. Tough going on the excavator with the ripper. Tomorrow out comes the pneumatic rock hammer. Thats going to break it wide open.

21.01.2022 All loaded up and ready to hit the road on another earth moving adventure.

20.01.2022 How high are you gumboots? Does your bobcat have floaties? Is this possible? No problem.

20.01.2022 WHAT A WEEK- On the C185 I had to take the track off to replace a faulty rear idler under warranty, then I had to take the other track off to replace a worn front idler, then I had to pull the hydraulic pump out and order a new one from America. Fingers crossed its here next week. On the PT100 today oil started pouring out from the fitting inside the planetary drive cog. So the track had to come off, rear idlers off, drive cog off........all that to tighten a loose hydraulic hose fitting that wasnt done properly by a previous owner. Oh man......keeping these track machines running is a full time gig

20.01.2022 Nothing less than the extremes of fencing in the Otway forest. Bloody trees are huge standing up and laying down. Never mind that.......its in my way. Time for serious muscle and a bit of science in how to move huge trees out of the way

19.01.2022 A couple of auto Mighty Mule auto-gate openers......done and dusted. They open together and close together. No problem

19.01.2022 Theres nothing like trying to build an arena through a rock shelf. First day of rock hammering out of the way. One more day to go on Monday and hopefully the box of panadol can be put back into the first aid kit and we can get back to levelling the base up

16.01.2022 Aaaggggghhhhrrrrr who’s got a paddle. Amazing how a 2 second thing can waste the who day

15.01.2022 Another driveway that came up a treat. Happy as.....

14.01.2022 There coming down one by one in smashing fashion

14.01.2022 Pads 1, 3, 4 roughed in.....just cutting the last strip out of pad 2. Its all starting to take shape

13.01.2022 Arghhhh bugger me. Im already in trouble and its in Monday.

13.01.2022 The most exciting part of the day. Watching Kev roll out that golden turf. A combination of scoop up the existing arena sand adds a mountain of new sand and smudge it all out. And then it time ride

12.01.2022 After weeks and weeks of chipping away at it. One fully rebuilt motor now completed. We lifter it back into the truck yesterday. Just need to hook up all the bibs and bobs and some minor adjustments to go

10.01.2022 Re-born with a new look on life. This old bridge crossing as solid as it is now looks attractive once again

08.01.2022 A massively foggy morning set the scene for finishing off this 20m dia round yard this morning. We couldnt find any horses in the fog to test it out......

08.01.2022 The large spoon drains are completed on both arenas. The underground pits and piping works are completed. The outdoor arena has a lovely coating of the white turf over it and the indoor has the rough scalps in place ready for the shed to go in over the top before finishing it off next year. All the other shed and tank pads are ready for the sheds to go up as well

08.01.2022 Contrary to my last post......day 4 and still hammering

08.01.2022 After one week of digging into the side of the hill and moving almost 2000 metres of soil. The first pad is roughed in. Now onto the next one......Only five more pads to go.

07.01.2022 "Theres a fence in there somewhere" I was told. A couple of days later a complete new fence ..... no problem

06.01.2022 Aaaggggghhhhrrrrr whos got a paddle. Amazing how a 2 second thing can waste the who day

06.01.2022 Ever considered the solution to the falling over/failing end assembly in black soil? ALL STEEL....... Steel pipe (main and backing posts) hammered 6ft into the ground. Strainers, gudgeons and saddles all welded into place. In no time at all the pipe will rust into the soil and it will never come up. Just finished 6 weeks of constructing steel assemblies in black soil country. Theyre not going anywhere

06.01.2022 Massive trees coming down, 35 plus degrees today. Tough day on the chainsaws and machinery. Dusty and hot.....

05.01.2022 So much scrap to go. 3rd trailer load out the door and still more to go......hope Dean made it to the scrap yard ok. Maybe I should have given him the oversize signs

04.01.2022 What a great day post driving in bollards. Dome tops, 600 out of the ground, in a straight line.....no problem.

04.01.2022 Another day in the office done and dusted

03.01.2022 First day done and dusted. The sheds are down, all the trees around the west side of the house are down and removed. Cant believe what 50 years of scrap metal and iron looks like

03.01.2022 Kids playground construction.....add that to the list of things we do. No problem

01.01.2022 1, 2, 3, & 4 where done and in. No problem. Room for # 5 & # 6 to come

01.01.2022 The new apprentice hard at it today on the shovel. 3 posts had to go in through the bitumen and down through 40cms of compressed rock. We got there in the end
