25.01.2022 We would like to advise our patients that the clinic is still open for consultations. We would like to reassure you all that that our patient’s and our team's health is our number one priority. We are following the Australian Department of Health’s recommendations so we can minimise the risk of spreading COVID-19 virus. As is standard protocol, we are continuing to ensure that treatment rooms and tables are cleaned and sanitised between each patient. As always, our towels ar...e changed after each patient and our team members are staying on top of washing our hands before and after each patient. We do ask, for the sake of our team's health, and the health of our more vulnerable patients, that anyone who is feeling unwell, such as sore throat, runny eyes or other cold and flu symptoms, please call the clinic and we will reschedule you for when you're feeling better. Remember to continue to wash your hands regularly, and cough and sneeze into your elbow rather than your hand. We thank you for your consideration in this matter, and please know we are keeping up to date with all updates, and working accordingly. Scott and the team.

11.01.2022 * CORONAVIRUS UPDATE* Scott and the team would like to inform you all we are still open and taking appointments. We are taking it day by day and will keep everyone in the loop if we are planning or forced to close. We realize that many of you are concerned about the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and the news surrounding this outbreak. You can rest assured that Scott Hargrave sports injury & rehabilitation clinic is well aware of the Coronavirus, and we are monitoring the si...tuation closely. As always hygiene is a priority in this clinic but we have introduced more stringent policies and have increased our routines of washing hands, using hand sanitizer, wiping down all surfaces & replacing all towels after each and every patient. We also like to inform you all that we wash and dry our own towels here in the clinic. *Wash Your Hands* This simple advice is one of the most effective defenses against the virus. Make sure you wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds with soap and water. You may also use alcohol-based products of at least 60% or greater strength to help prevent the spread of anything from your hands. We ask that all patients wash their hands before entering the clinic. The bathroom is located through the glass sliding doors to the right just before you head through to the reception area. We have sanitiser at reception and in every treatment room too. *Keep Your Distance* Remaining 1.5-2m away from others will help prevent viruses from spreading. This distance will help keep others from coughing or sneezing on you and spreading the Coronavirus or any virus. This is sometimes impractical but good to keep in mind. We’d also appreciate if you please come to your appointments by yourself so we can limit the amount of people in the clinic. If you are experiencing any cold/flu symptoms please call the clinic and reschedule your appointment. We know this is overwhelming and scary for a lot of people and businesses but we will endeavour to keep you in the loop. Please all stay safe and healthy!
