24.01.2022 Just @carmensauzier performing her first strict pull up! No big deal..... Its a very big deal!!!! Well done Carmen

24.01.2022 Friday night at the bar doing d/b Romanians with the Romanian @patricetimis A few things to remember when doing Romanians . Keep head position as neutral as one can or basically do not change where you are looking during the movement. If its down keep looking down. If it is looking straight ahead then stay there. Ones orthopaedic profiling will determine which one is better for the individual.... . once head is still then your lats need to stay awake. Keep shoulders depressed or away from your ears in order to help this . knees need to have a soft bend in order to gain maximum tension in hamstrings on eccentric part (the way down) of the movement that allows the hips to fully wind back . stand tall and a personal que is to squeeze glutes and quads as this allows full extension and will prevent you from leaning to far back or not far enough See more

23.01.2022 Mobility + foam rolling Seems to be both in and out of fashion depending on who you ask! . So when should you use it? .... If you are attempting to do an exercise or movement and you are unable to get into the correct position to complete it. . To aid recovery from a session to help any subsequent injuries that may occur from the inability to recover from the last session. . When shouldnt you do it? . If you are hyper-mobile and you find keeping your joints and surrounding muscle just dont seem to see eye to eye (unstable). Instead try an integration or upregulation technique (techniques that help you maintain tension under load) . Midway through a session where you are near maximal effort. A larger range of movement is a weaker one. Orthopaedic change throughout a movement will increase the chances of getting an injury. . At the end of the day did it make life easier or harder after you did it? See more

23.01.2022 @jazsergeant this was 12 weeks apart! Currently Working two jobs and finishing her degree and on prac in nursing! Wait until she has some more time up her sleeve @ Revo Fitness

21.01.2022 Where on earth do I start with @carmensauzier There is the obvious complete composition overhaul! The fact she has never had to have a Reduction in food (actually scared for the day when this will come ) Or that she had hamstring tendinopathy and couldnt dead lift 35kg and is now deadlifting 85kg with no pain! This is a lot of self improvement considering her days are centred around helping everyone else. From her management role at work to her own clients and kids.... Im tired just even writing about it all let alone walk one day in her shoes See more

20.01.2022 @sim_meister been doin work One of the more consistent humans getting around that’s for sure

20.01.2022 @itsmevickyx killing it! Does the work, follows the plan and here is the result

20.01.2022 @moniquejillian 6 weeks apart! She is locked in and on a mission @ Revo Fitness

19.01.2022 @mikey.flynn just cant step a foot wrong! Eats more gets leaner! To be fair he is a bit of a work horse! comes and gets it done! No questions asked

19.01.2022 @paigecobban with just a few weeks left before she goes to Europe has really put in the hard yards! Down 6kg, 8cm on her waist and 10cm on her hips! Still some time left to see what we can get done too @revofitness @ Revo Fitness

18.01.2022 @jazsergeant with some great results with some hard work over the last couple months! Jasmine finds a good balance between enjoying her food and having enough structure to ensure those results keep on coming @ Revo Fitness

18.01.2022 @juliekordic comes in and works hard...then she has fun on the weekend.. sometimes lots of fun isnt that right Julie But that balance is exactly what has lead to this sustainable result over the last few months! Well done Julie

16.01.2022 @eilidhcampbellll making some great progress so far! Ready to ramp it up coming into summer

16.01.2022 @phoebewightman a month in and eating 2300 calories a day Also as anyone in Scarborough knows she doesnt mind a cheeky alcoholic beverage either @revofitness

16.01.2022 @graciekayfitness doin work 40 jobs a uni degree and prac! Still getting it done

15.01.2022 @ellievdunne the red rig started training a couple of months ago. She literally did not lift a weight for 3 weeks as we purely worked on mobility and getting Ellies red rig able to move well again, yes it was a bit of a mess haha. I dont have a before photo of how the squat looked but man this such a huge improvement and form is on point! Great work Ellie

14.01.2022 @shaunabberton 6 weeks apart! Now dont get me wrong she was already lean to begin with but for the amount of training she is doing, which good luck to the person who tries to get her to stop it she basically needs more fuel! Way more fuel! We have increased her food intake twice already in the last 6 weeks and the carbs keep on coming! Shauna is down 5.5cm and down 2% bf (using calipers) however is up 1kg but yet still actually smaller!

14.01.2022 Stella down 4kg since June! Stella always follows her food plan and exercise program

13.01.2022 @isaacoffereins came me with a goal... lose 10kg and make it back to state league basketball in 12 months! Well in 2 months he has lost 7kg and made the 15 man squad! After not playing at all for the last 12 months.. we did this navigating an annoying knee and avoiding any other injury that may come about from his nothing to everything regime haha. The man is a work horse well done brother

13.01.2022 4 weeks in between photos and @_gemma_wong is killing it! Gemma has lost 8cm around her stomach alone! And nearly 20 all up! Yet her weight on the scales has only gone down by 1.5kg. Just goes to show the scales are not everything! Great work gemma @ Revo Fitness

12.01.2022 One of my favourites! Clay had never been in a gym before this! From the get go he has loved his experience and needs little to no pushing from me to get in here! on his way to big things also doesnt mind the odd bicep curl!

12.01.2022 @sadieyoxall i took a risk and rebought a pair of leggings that i bought about 8-12 months ago and i couldnt even get them over my legs. i reordered them and got them in the mail today and was dreading trying them on only to find out that they fit amazingly they look amazing and i have a freaking new found confidence just from trying them on. as much as i ~hate~ you thank you sm bc dont know the last time i felt this way thank uuuuuu @ Revo Fitness

10.01.2022 This guy! @marcfurypt had a goal to get to 75kg (from 72kg) and stay lean.... Here we are at 77kg and his abs are better than they were at 72kg Actually hate this guy!!! Now Marc is a great coach himself so was very humbling when I asked him to eat or train in a way that doesnt come second nature to him that he actually fully embraced it! ... This is a great aesthetic transformation dont get me wrong but what Marc has eluded to himself is that he has a much better balance and relationship between food and training. Along with some other big changes this year he adapts and dominates. This guy! @revofitness See more

10.01.2022 @jessbeer_93 8 weeks apart! Would you believe there is only 1kg difference between the two photos

09.01.2022 @itsmevickyx through some massive life changes and working fifo during covid lockdowns has still managed to achieve this! Well done Vicky

08.01.2022 @meaganwesley putting some solid work over the last few months! And with the personal challengers she has faced along the way makes this even more impressive! Her commitment and consistency over this period has been second to none @ Revo Fitness

08.01.2022 @_gemma_wong at the 8 week point of her journey! 22cm lost yet only down 3kg on the scales (this is now 29.5cm btw but no photo as of yet) Just another example of when the weight on the scales is not the best way to measure ones progress

08.01.2022 Another one to watch out for this summer! Increased food and reduced training volume(appropriate to current lifestyle) = less stress = better results! Well done @dd_atkinson

08.01.2022 Hows this! 12 months in the making! 47-57kg Strong AF Healthy AF... Lean AF And hows the booty gains? Completes everything given with minimal protest! Very proud of this babe! @patricetimis is the very definition of doing it for the right reason. To be happy and healthy

06.01.2022 That time I randomly ran into old client John walking down the street in Switzerland I have since moved from where we were training, however we did a lot on the rehab/preside side of things as John had a few niggling injuries and some chronic ongoing pain. After a few months of work John went overseas and gave the feedback that he had the least amount of pain when he was there. Now there is a lot to be said about the psychological and placebo side of ongoing pain that isnt a structural issue within the body. For ages I would actually nag him that he should move to Europe as his stressors that are in Australia do not have the same physiological hold on him because he is happy. Fast forward 12 months and look where I run into him! Good man! @revofitness

06.01.2022 @_chloebrookee with some pretty sweet results so far! Down 3% BF (callipers) No real change to scale weight which is fantastic as she is improving lean mass at the same time!

06.01.2022 @aliceatkinsonn 8 weeks apart! Pretty crazy what you can accomplish with some consistency! And we only just getting started! Welldone Alice! @ Revo Fitness

04.01.2022 This is Billi, @billi.campbell has some really nice looking abs now. But more importantly her health is starting to get back on track. Im just a small cog in the group of people currently helping Billi with her health. But with eating more and not over doing it on the training side of things is def helping to tick some of those boxes. Its health and fitness, health should always come first

04.01.2022 @leticialockhartpt looking the goods! Always keep control of your movements. Orthopaedic change (change in posture during a movement) is usually a good indication that load is a touch high and to bring it back a touch. Now if you are testing or in some form of overload where you amrap a movement this is inevitable. However if you are at the stage of your lifting life you should have a good awareness of what you can get away with and what you cant. For those who are pretty fresh to training or a particular exercises its better to be safe than sorry Also just a side not Leticia eats over 2000 calories a day and looks like this, none of this 1200 a day nonsense

04.01.2022 @brooklynbankss putting in that work! Great change in composition! Could have cleaned her mirror first though

04.01.2022 Sometimes we just need a reminder of how far we have come! # @megjarvis18 looking the goods

04.01.2022 When less is not always best! On the left we have 1400 calories a day On the right we have around 2000 calories a day ... Its one thing to create an energy deficit that allows one to lose body fat, but it starts to reverse itself when you start being too drastic. Do this for an extended period of time and then there will be other health implications that may follow. At the end of the day if you want to do more and perform better you need the adequate fuel to do it! It may seem to be the opposite of what you think but your body will thank you and therefore the sustainable results will follow.

03.01.2022 When you literally make cakes all day and still get shredded for stereo! @laurarosehunter I take my hat off to you

01.01.2022 @instazuzu up 7kg this year so far! Young fella putting in the work
