20.01.2022 Next Saturday we will be doing a fundraising workout to raise money for Kate, Jenny, Ann & Denieka to help support people in remote PNG. These amazing ladies will be heading to PNG next week to work with the YWAMship, immunising and giving medical care to people in remote villages. Our work out will consist of large teams. The whole main purpose of these classs is to train middle aged clients to maintain muscle mass, increase bone density and to stay fit and healthy. 18.01.2022 Nutrition client Weight down 7kg Muscle Mass up 1kg Body fat down 8%... Its amazing what can be achieved when you have a purpose and goal in sight. This client had a 12 weeks time frame to work in to look and feel as best she could before an occasion. This client is super busy. She works has a young family but makes the time, even if it means early mornings to come and train. By training early in the morning she then has the time to get the jobs she has to do, run the kids to sport or have quality family time. If youre committed anything is possible.

12.01.2022 Hi All, So this is the new time table to start off 2020! The gym will be open as normal, (this time table) as of Monday the 13th of January. ... A few changes to start with, more to be added later in the year. - Functional Training classes will be on offer 9.00am Wednesday and Fridays for those who cant make nights. - Beginners has been renamed Fit for Life, as this group is smashing this class. - Tuesdays the Gym will open at 3:00pm instead of 2:30pm. I want to be closer with my family, but you’re constantly on your phone while around your family. Not going to happen. 10.01.2022 Nutrition Client. Body fat down 5% Skeletal Muscle mass up 1kg Visceral Fat levels down from 10 to 8... A busy working mum of 3, this client made no excuses to train and eat correctly to improve her overall health. An effort was made to make the time to train at 6am in the morning and making the time to prepare correct meals. To change a habit is never easy. It takes time, dedication and will power. Once a good habit is established it becomes second nature. Total respect to this client for wanting to make to time and effort to set good habits for the future. #sbf

09.01.2022 Nutrition Client Letitia has been coming to SBF for about 3 years. She trains consistently each week and puts in 100% effort. Letitia had the mind set that she had to train a lot and not eat much to get the results she wanted, this mind set is quiet common. After doing my nutrition course last year, I had been wanting Letitia to make sure she is fueling her body properly for the work load she does. Letitia signed up this last block of nutrition and the improvement in her tra...ining, physical well being and over all health was huge. Letitia went from eating around 1100 calories a day and is now eating 1854calories and still building. Visceral fats down from 6-5 Weight down from 55kg-52kg Muscle mass- stayed the same Body fat down from 28-25%

05.01.2022 -ATTENTION SBF MEMBERS- Thank you all for being so supportive in preventing the COVID-19 / Coronavirus from entering our gym. We are taking further measures to ensure that this continues. These include:... making sure hand hygiene and cleaning of equipment is diligent and frequent including immediately before and after you use equipment, this includes all equipment that you handle eg weights, bands, mats, balls, TRX handles and so on. Anyone that develops any cold or flu like symptoms stays away from the gym for at least 14 days. If you or anyone you are living with is returning from over-seas or interstate stays away from the gym for 14 days. Of course it goes without saying that anyone who has to be self isolated because of the current laws must not come to the gym. We all need to be aware of and practice social distancing. Thanking you for your patience and cooperation at this time. We appreciate your support and help in making sure the gym is a safe place for people to come and train in.
