21.01.2022 What a beautiful heartfelt wedding Kate and Luke Nerney!!!!! Two amazing people that found love created such a perfect day in their union as husband and wife. Despite the need for umbrellas LOVE was shining light through the day. Kate Looked absolutely gorgeous and being walked down the aisle by her two eldest Sons was a moment that got tear falling from my face(not rain) Luke made the one of the best speeches you will hear from a groom to his bride... 15.01.2022 Sitting here right now looking at the weather we have today I feel super blessed by the weather we had yesterday =) It was such a beautiful wedding. 2 Families coming together uniting through marriage. Rachael was a very organised bride and it showed with such a wonderfully organised and smooth stress free day =) Little Tyler was a champion, if he wasn't sucking on a lollypop he had a chicken leg in his hand =) Bill and Shireen did such a great job as wedding hosts and marriage celebrants, it really was a joy to be part of the day =) Thank you Rachael and Thomas enjoy your honeymoon =)

15.01.2022 So yesterday was a very special day as it was the wedding of Eden and Aaron. I had the privilege 8 years ago of photographing her sister Zara and it was a family that I loved from the start, so yesterday felt like I was part of the family again... Eden looked smashing and Aaron well he scrubbed up pretty good too and you couldn't keep the smile off her face all day!!!! Such a beautiful time spent capturing the day with the ceremony at St Augustine Church followed by photographs at Gallows Beach and then back to Opal Cove Resort - Coffs Harbour for the reception... and what a reception it was. I have never seen a bunch of people party, dance and celebrate like these guys... Such a rad time and I pray that Eden and Aaron have an awesome and blessed life together as husband and wife =) Yeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!!

10.01.2022 Cannot believe how blessed we were today for the wedding of Kylie and Jimmy Angel =) Seriously it was raining for most of the day until 2:45pm just in time for the 3pm ceremony on the beautiful home property at Tewinga NSW. Jimmy and Kylie and friends have put in a mammoth effort to get their property ready for the wedding, which hosted both ceremony and reception. We had blue skye and puffy white clouds for the rest of the afternoon while Coffs had rain and more rain. More to come tomorrow =) Yeeeeeeewwwwww!!!!!

It was a pretty perfect day, the weather started out looking a bit morbid before really turning it on for some beautiful opportunities with photos. 01.01.2022 Wow this little adventure started 15 years ago when this little 9 year old girl was attending her mums wedding. She was all dressed up and very cute. Fast forward 15 years and it is her turn to celebrate her own wedding. Her mum contacted me and asked if I was available to do another wedding in her family this time little Caitlin. I was so excited and so this is what brought me to Newcastle. Chatting with Caitlin and Tim in the lead up to their big day was quite surreal as I ...still remember this big smile from such a little girl. The blessing of being able to share in another wedding and capture the interactions throughout the day. When I finally got to meet Caitlin and Tim the day before the wedding it was great, two young and very loving people, very smart and very excited to start their journey together. The location for the ceremony was the Mayfield Baptist Church and the reception was held at the RedHead Surf Life Saving Club, which to me has one of the best views I have seen for a party. The cermony was very COVID safe with each chair placed 1.5m from the others. They were married by Tim’s father and this was super special. It would have to be one of the windiest days I have ever photographed a wedding so it was great to pre-plan and fine some locations that were out of the wind (as best we could). Our last location we headed to the RedHead Beach and the amazing cliff face that dominated the scenery. It was perfect for the final shots as the sun fell over the hills we got some beautiful soft light and had heaps of fun before retiring to the SLSC. The reception was awesome and the food amazing, thanks to the Rad Pizza Co. The coolest name for a pizza joint! Some of the best pizza’s I have ever tasted!!!The night concluded with some sparklers to send off the newly married couple. Thanks so much guys for letting me share in your special day.
