21.01.2022 8 week challenge done and dusted today and I want to mention the efforts of this legend @georgia_alice96 ! When I was developing the outline and content of this challenge I wanted to really push the importance and effectiveness of food logging. I find this to be the ultimate when educating clients on what macro value there food choices contained. Our group sessions, personal training, shopping trips and macro counting, we let the results take there place. Knowledge is power! Well done to my team who busted there ass over the 8 week it was a pleasure once again



09.01.2022 Here’s what the mindset of someone chasing there dream looks like.....Goes on a well deserved holiday to PT Douglas, drinks his weight in piss everyday for a week, still maintains training while away, flys home and literally has his ass handed to him after a 11:6 on the beep test. All before preseason at Aspley kicks off today. As Aspley are now in the VFL league (which is awesome) competition is through the roof and to accept anything other than working your absolute ass off every training session would have us behind the 8 ball. From a skinny rake 7 1/2 years ago to the absolute work horse now, it’s a pleasure every time we train. There’s something special about not having a single doubt in a clients intent and work rate when it gets extremely hard.....leads from the front every time @aspleyhornets #AFL #VFL #Noregrets

06.01.2022 Form over weight and speed My clients will never stop hearing me say those words. The ability to maintain composure under load whilst not compromising form should be in the thought process when lifting weights. To often I see shit form from either trying to lift to heavy (glory lifting) and or tempo of repetition out of whack and generally to fast. Not only does quality progress take a back seat, but the risk of injury increases big time. Don’t let pride get in the way of staying uninjured and getting those gains #smarternotharder #bodyawareness #weights #gym #gains #athlete #fitness #health
