21.01.2022 I love it when people show their true colours. A local agent sent this flier around my area this week trying to stir up trouble. I am just glad that she included the QR codes so people can see that the home she sold had a double garage (mine had none) and an ensuite (mine had none), and was on a larger block (617m2 vs 536m2) It was also more recently renovated! No wonder it sold in a week, frankly I reckon I would have got her owner a lot more! Footnote: The owner of the property in question contacted me tonight to confirm that Amanda herself had previously inspected the home and appraised it as 1-1.1 million MAX.
