The workshop will be looking at common choral repertoire for Gaelic choirs, from the Purple Book.

"Cabadaich agus Ceàird" ...afternoon is back on this Saturday (the 7th)! Come and speak Gaelic with us at the Metropolitan at 3pm. There are a few simple rules: - Don't bring an overly messy or overly big craft. Keep it containable. - Speak Gaelic as much as you can! If all you can do is name colours, come and name all the colours you can see! - Don't speak English. You'll get three "tiocaidean Beurla" ("English tickets") when you arrive for those moments when you REALLY need to swap to English. But you probably speak more Gaelic than you think you do!

The magical thing about a digital local mòd is that you don't have to be local to take part This could be a once in a lifetime opportunity to take part in Edinburgh's local mòd! You can see the syllabus here (https://www.edinburghlocalmod.com//digital_edinburgh_local) Most of the competition are written or spoken, although there is one open "musical collaboration" (two or more people) entry.
