12.01.2022 When your worker gets praised its like a proud moment for the both us us To Whom it may Concern, I would like to give you some feedback on a recent technicians visit to my house in the Southern Highlands on Wednesday the 30th October.... I believe his name was Daniel (please excuse me if I got his name wrong) attended our home to repair an ongoing issue with the MyZone air conditioning control system that has been plagued with problems since its installation in late 2018. Daniel called in advance and let me know an approximate time of his arrival which he was true to his word. He politely and confidently introduced himself and asked me what the problem was and where the different components of the system were located. Myself being a multi skilled tradesman/supervisor of over 22 years was keen to watch on and learn from a fellow technician (so I was guilty of being a shadow). Daniel instantly showed he was deeply knowledgeable in the MyZone system and methodical in his approach to diagnose the connection fault between the MyZone and Hitachi air conditioning unit. He soon realised a part was needed for the repair and organised for himself to go and pick it up from a local Reece HVAC shop (45 minutes away). Daniel once again phoned and kept me updated with his approximate time of return as there had been some holdup. Upon his return he promptly replaced the faulty component and thoroughly tested the operation of the unit before cleaning his work areas. Daniel informed me if there were any other issues, for me to get in touch with himself (happily taking ownership of his workmanship) or Reece who I have been dealing with in the past. I would like to commend Daniel on his efforts as an apprentice (3rd year he told me when I asked him) and shows exemplary traits rarely seen by tradesmen today. The next set of picture is of a cooling tower where the bearings are full of grease, the motor is out of alignmentments, pulleys worn. The grease not being regularly cleaned has destroyed the bearings while the motor out of alignment has destroyed the pulleys. Carrying out a planned preventative maint for a hotel in Mt Druitt. We have recently picked up. We are servicing water chilled and heated Air conditioning equipment. Before, during then after pictures of the condensor water pump, the bearings in the motors and pumps are loud and will be replaced and fixed asap, as well as a fresh coat of paint to stop any parts from rusting as well as the base being painted. 09.01.2022 I carried out a air conditioning maint for a client and found the blowers blocked on all the units, all the coils blocked and general operations of the units no...t operating correct. These can call all types of problems with the air conditioning unit from gas leaks to faulty compressor to blown pcboards. Carefully removed all the parts and cleaned and reinstalled and tested the acs. They have never worked better.
